机床用途与性能特征
1、本机床是一台五轴数控双端面磨床:磨头进给由U1、W1、U2、W2轴完成,工作台往复由X轴完成。
2、本机床主要用于加工太阳能行业的单晶硅或多晶硅等的两平面端面磨削加工,能在一次装夹工件的条件下,实现工件端
面的粗磨和精磨,保证了两端面的平行度要求。此机床稍加改造,还能实现其他类似零件的加工。
3、机床自动化程度比较高,可适用于大、中批量生产要求。机床采用气动压紧工件、装夹零件快速方便且稳定可靠,可使
零件的加工精度得到较好的保证。机床数控系统为日本三菱控制系统,编程功能较强,操作简单易学,并具有多种适应
磨削加工要求的特殊功能,可满足用户对零件的加工需要。机床同时配有基恩士激光量仪,能较高的保证零件加工精度
的尺寸分散要求,以满足零件批量生产的精度要求。
4、本机床采用集中润滑和集中冷却的方式。砂轮进给采用三菱伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杆,具有很高定位精度,以保证两轴间
的尺寸误差较小获得较高的平行度。
Main usage & characteristics
1. This equipment is a 5-axis CNC double disk grinder. Wheel spindle feed is achieved by U1、W1、U2、and W2
axis and table reciprocation by X axis.
2. It can be used to perform plan surface grinding for monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon. Rough & finish
grinding for work endface can be carried out after one set-up, thus providing good parallelism.
3. It can be applied in either large or small sized production. With pneumatic clamping and loading rapid assembling&
anloading work, good grinding accuracy can be guaranteed. MITSUBISHI control system is adopted with strong
programming function. The imported laser gage is also used, thus ensuring good size dispersion.
4. Central lubrication and cooling are also viariation.The wheel feed is driven by driving the MITSUBISHI servo motor
through ball-screw with high positioning accuracy, thus providing higher parallelism due to small size error between
two axes.
